A MEAL FIT FOR FALL
Fall grilled cheese our way
From after school/post soccer snack to easy lunch or weeknight dinner, we’ve got the meal that will get you in the fall mood while filling empty bellies. It’s healthy-ish, quick and most of all delicious.
Fall Grilled Cheese, FG Style
Ingredients:
Sourdough bread, sliced
Butter
Sliced apples
Brie
Rosemary
Sage
Salt
Instructions:
1. Butter the bread and place on a skillet butter side down.
2. Layer brie and apple slices on bread.
3. Add herbs and salt to suit taste.
4. Cook until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
We love serving it with butternut squash soup and another sprig of sage (and a side of cute dishes)! Enjoy!
